高瓦斯矿井综合瓦斯抽采技术实践 被引量:36

Practice on Comprehensive Gas Drainage Technology in High Gassy Mine

摘要 针对赵庄煤矿1263工作面瓦斯涌出量大、上隅角瓦斯浓度高的问题,在12号煤层采用本煤层预抽、高位抽采及采空区埋管抽采相结合的综合瓦斯抽采方法,通过采用本煤层预抽,瓦斯抽采量较常规的布孔方式提高了0.46~1.02倍;高位钻孔抽采瓦斯后,邻近煤层的瓦斯相对涌出量由4.38~10.17 m3/t降为1.46~3.16 m3/t;采空区埋管抽采确保煤矿采空区的瓦斯体积分数保持在0.7%~0.9%,符合《煤矿安全规程》规定的瓦斯体积分数在1.0%以下。 According to the status of a high gas emission value and high gas content at the upper corner in No. 1263 coal mining face of Zhaozhuang Mine, a comprehensive gas drainage method combined with gas pre-drainage in mining seam, gas drainage with high level borehole and pipeline buried in goal was applied in No. 12 seam. With the gas pre-drainage in mining seam, the gas drainage value increased by 0. 46 - 1.02 times than conventional borehole layout. After gas drainage with high level borehole conducted, the gas relative emission value of the adjacent seams reduced from 4. 38 - 10. 17 m^3/t to 1.46 - 3.16 m^3/t. The gas drainage with pipeline buried in goal ensured the gas volume fraction in the mining goaf kept at 0. 7% -0. 9% and controlled the gas volume fraction below 1.0% stipulated in Mine Safety Regulations.
