摘要
本研究以生物科技领域为研究对象,以中国在美国专利局申请的专利数据为数据源,使用专利的非专利引文分析方法,定量研究了生物科学对生物技术的影响。研究结果显示,我国生物科技领域的技术创新对基础研究的依赖程度比较高,而且呈不断加强的趋势。我国生物科技领域技术创新的学术研究主要来源于国际一流学术期刊的论文,美国是我国生物科技专利最主要的基础知识来源国家。公共科学在生物科技领域的技术创新中起着重要的作用。
This research tries to measure scientific linkage of China' s technology innovation and basic research in biotechnology industry. Patent data are searched from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) website, and Non-patent References (NPR) analysis method is used in the study. The results find that the scientific linkage degree of China's technology innovation and basic research in biotechnology industry is high, and linkage has becoming tighter. The SCI papers which are cited by China's biotechnology patents are mainly from world-class academic journals. The United States is the main original country for basic knowledge of China's technology innovation in biotechnology industry. The public science has an important role in biotechnology technology innovation.
