摘要
针对我国近年来文化创意产业发展现状,阐释创意产业人才在数量上、结构上、教育体系等方面存在的问题,提出相关的高技能创意人才的培养对策,为国内创意产业界、高等院校等培养创意人才提供参考借鉴。
The paper is based on the development status of cultural and creative industries in China in recent years. It explains some questions about creative talents in terms of the number and structure and also education system, proposes some countermeasures to culture the related creative talents, and provides some references to the culture of creative talents in the fields of creative industries and institutions of higher learning in China.
