乙型肝炎实验室诊断的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 我国HBV感染目前仍是较严重的公共卫生问题。及时、准确地实验室诊断对控制HBV传播、提高乙肝的诊疗效果十分重要。随着诊断技术的发展,临床医疗机构已广泛开展与HBV感染相关的实验室检测,对HBV感染的防治发挥了重要作用。但在实际应用中,仍存在一些应用不当或对结果误判等问题。本文扼要介绍HBV相关实验室检测技术,同时指出需要客观地评价及应用HBV相关实验室检测技术,以及存在的主要问题,进一步提高实验室数据的利用效率,改进病毒性肝炎的实验室诊断水平。
