基于FCM和ACM的图像分割在肿瘤放射治疗中的应用

摘要 针对放射治疗过程中的图像分割需求,首先采用模糊C均值聚类算法(FCM)进行预分割以获取待分割对象的初始轮廓,然后应用活动轮廓模型(Active ContourModel,ACM)方法进行曲线演化以获取最终的目标轮廓线,从而为肿瘤放射治疗的靶区定义及危及器官剂量评估提供更为准确有效的依据。实验结果表明,该方法在面向放射治疗的图像分割中能获得较为满意的效果。 According to the image segmentation requirement in the procedure of radiotherapy, Fuzzy c- means algorlthm(FCM) was employed firstly to get the initial contour of the target object, then Active Contour Model (ACM) was applied for curve evolution to obtain the final result. Hence, the method can be used to provide more accurate and effective evidence for target definition and organ dosimetry evaluation. The experiment shows that the se^nentation results based on this method were satisfactory.
