摘要 研究并实现了基于虚拟现实技术的风电机组仿真系统,用户可利用该系统学习风电机组的结构、安装过程、巡检流程,并可在虚拟风电场中漫游。基于三维建模工具对风电机组主要零部件如叶片、齿轮传动系统、轮毂、变速箱体、电机、风电机组塔架等进行建模;利用虚拟现实技术实现了风电机组结构、功能和拆装过程的动态演示,对风电机组安装过程和运行过程进行了仿真,提出了通过风速计算风轮转速的方法;构建了虚拟巡检人员模型和动作库,通过巡检线路关键点控制虚拟人巡检风电机组的过程,通过动作融合技术把动作序列自然地连接在一起;构建了巡检信息数据库,在虚拟巡检中实时读取机组巡检信息数据库中的相关信息并显示到屏幕上,使用户实时得到巡检相关信息。该系统适用于风电机组检修和安装人员的培训学习。 A three-dimensional(3D)simulation system of wind turbine is constructed based on the virtual reality technology.By using this system,users can learn the structure,the installing process and the inspection process of wind turbines interactively,and roam in the virtual wind farm.Main parts of the wind turbines are modeled,including blades,gear transmission systems,hubs,gearboxes,power generators,towers,etc.A number of animations for demonstrating the structure,the function and the dismounting process of wind turbines are designed and implemented.The installing process and the operating process of wind turbines are also simulated in a 3D manner.A method computing the wind wheel rotating speed through wind speed is proposed.A virtual inspection human model and corresponding action library is built up.The virtual inspection process is controlled based on key points of the inspection paths.Actions can be linked together smoothly by using interpolation technology.An information database for wind turbines is built up,and relative information can be displayed when users inspect the wind turbines or roam in the 3Dvirtual scenes.The system can help trainees to learn the wind turbines.
