摘要
研究了用活性炭分离肌苷和次黄嘌呤的技术。该技术可使次黄嘌呤脱除64％,肌苷损失10％左右,为缩短我国肌苷提取工艺和回收次黄嘌呤提供依据。
Technique of separation of Inosine and Hypoxathine by Activated carbon was studied.About 64% hypoxanthine was removed and only about 10% inosine was lost using the technique. The suggested method and obtained results in this study may be important referential evidences to shorten process of separat-tion of inosine and to recover by-product hypoxanthine.
