美国食品药品监督管理局批准的检测人乳头状瘤病毒DNA的方法简介 被引量：2

摘要 宫颈癌主要致病因素是人乳头状瘤病毒（HPV），目前已知HPV有150多种，其中约40种可通过性接触和肛门生殖器区感染而传播。HPV根据它们致癌的风险性而分为低危型（引起湿疣）或高危型（致癌）。高危型HPV可引起宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）、阴道上皮内瘤变（VAIN）、外阴上皮内瘤变（VIN）、阴茎上皮内瘤变（PIN）和肛门上皮内瘤变（AIN），以及宫颈、外阴、阴道、肛门或阴茎浸润性癌。
