摘要
本文报导了ZnSe干涉滤光片在室温条件下,用慢调制He-Ne激光(λ=632.8nm)照射下所观察到的光学双稳态现象,并对这种双稳器件的光学双稳机理进行了理论分析。测定了不同结构参数的干涉滤光片的最小开启功率。结果表明,某几片干涉滤光片能在亚毫瓦级激光功率下工作。
In this paper the optical bistability of ZnSe Interference filter observed at room temperature with the incidence of slowly modulated He-Ne Laser beam(λ=632.8nm) is reported, and the bistable mechanism of this kind of device is theoretically analysed. The minimum switching powers of diffe-erent structural filters are measured. Results show that some filters can oprate with the power on the order of sub-mieliwatt.
