循环microRNA:潜在的疾病诊断生物标志物 被引量：11

摘要 microRNAs(miRNAs)是一类非编码的内源性小RNA,在细胞生长发育、分化、凋亡过程中发挥重要的作用。研究发现miRNAs可从细胞内释放,广泛而稳定地存在于细胞外液,统称为循环miRNAs(circulating miRNAs)。在疾病状态下如肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病、心血管疾病等,其表达谱发生异常改变。miRNAs作为分子标志物,克服了蛋白质分子标志物在抗体制备和定量分析上所遇到的瓶颈。而且循环miRNAs具有样本易于采集、保存期长及检测手段简便等特点,临床应用价值也更明显,已成为生物标志物及转化医学研究的热点领域。
