摘要
论述了钢铁企业自动化生产线监控系统的设备监控管理系统、过程监控系统和生产管理监控系统三部分的功能。研究了基于专用装置的监控系统及其管理模式在钢铁企业自动化生产线上应用的可行性。在某钢铁企业热轧生产线上实际应用,取得了良好的应用效果。
Discussed the systemic function of equipment monitoring management system, process monitoring system and production monitoring management system, which are the three modules of the monitoring system of steel automatic line. Analyzed the monito ring and control system based on special device and the application feasibility of its management model on steel automatic produc tion line. The application on a certain hot-rolled steel production line has demonstrated its effectiveness.
