摘要
:18世纪以来 ,土家族的居住饮食文化有三次大变迁 :改土归流 ;新中国建立 ;改革开放。变迁中起作用的主要因素有 7个 :( 1)输入新的文化因子。 ( 2 )发明创造 ;( 3)政治经济变革 ;( 4)传统的延续和遗存 ;( 5)生存环境 ;( 6 )自身经济条件 ;( 7)
Since 18th century,there has been three great shifts in Tujia Nationality′s dwelling,drinking and eating culture:the replacement of hereditary local chieftains with nonhereditary appointees from the central government;the establishment of the P.R.C;reform and opening to the outside world.There are seven elementary factors that have played a role in the shifts:first,the import of new cultural factors;second,invention and creation;third,reformation of politics and economy;fourth,the continuity and inheritance of tradition;fifth,living environment;sixth,the economic condition of itself;seventh,mode of living and custom.
