摘要
实习是大学教育中极为重要的实践性教学环节,必须从建设稳定的专业实习基地、改革实习模式、加强实习过程的管理等多个环节入手,才能进一步提高实习质量,帮助学生正确进行自我定位,尽快实现从学校到工作岗位的过渡.
The internship of university education is a very important practical teaching step, it must establish stable professional practice locations, reform the practice mode, strengthen the management of the practice of various steps and so on, so to further improve the quality of internship, help the student to build the correct identification of themselves, as quickly as possible to finish the transition from the school to the work.
