摘要
鲜明的特色和个性是校园文化的生命力和魅力所在。建设以服务为内核，以“人本、奉献、开放、精艺”为特征的特色校园文化，是铁路高职院校服务企业、服务学生、形成办学特色的需要；铁路高职院校要充分发挥校园文化的教育导向、凝聚辐射和规范约束功能，以服务人才培养和“两全”、“三高”学院建设，促进学校的可持续发展。
Distinctive characteristics and personality is the campus cultural vitality and charm. Construction of characteristic campus culture with service as the kernel, with ＂humanistic, dedication, open, fine art＂ for the characteristics is the need for the railway vocational colleges to serve enterprise, serve students and form school-running characteristics.
