分阶段健康教育对化疗患者依从性的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨分阶段健康教育对化疗患者依从性的影响。方法:将72例住院化疗患者随机分为实验组和对照组各36例,对照组接受常规治疗与护理;实验组除常规治疗护理外,进行分阶段健康教育。比较两组行为差异。结果:实验组出院时化疗相关知识知晓率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),实验组按时化疗、定期复诊人数高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:对住院化疗患者进行分阶段健康教育可提高患者依从性。
