碘造影剂肾病危险因素及预防护理进展 被引量:5

摘要 造影剂肾病(CIN)是指血管内注射碘造影剂后3d内,在排除其他病因的前提下发生肾功能损害,血清肌酐水平升高0.5mg/dl(44.2μmol/L)或比基础值升高25%以上。随着造影技术的广泛应用,含碘造影剂应用越来越多,CIN发生率日益增加。有研究认为,药物性肾衰竭由造影剂引起者高居第二位,是医院获得性急性。肾衰竭的第三大主要原因,
