摘要
道德资本的提出打开了"道德价值观"的思维闸门,开阔了"道德价值观"的研究视野,改变了传统"道德价值观"的"思维定式"。本文正是基于对道德资本的深入研究,加上对道德资本实际运作的思考,提出了道德资本的二重性特征:"目的性价值"与"工具性价值"、"寄生性"与"独立性"、"有形增值"与"无形增值"、"正外部效应"与"负外部效应"、"丰富性"与"稀缺性"等特征,想在理论与实践层面更深层次理解道德资本的真正内涵,并诠释道德资本的作用机理,发挥道德资本的二重性功能,更好地为社会经济发展服务。
The proposition of moral capital opens a thinking gate,wide field of research,and changes traditional thinking way for moral values.Based on deep researches on moral capital and thoughts about practical operation of moral capital,this paper presents dual characters of moral capital,such as objective values and instrumental values,parasitism and independence,tangible proliferation and intangible proliferation,positive externalities and negative externalities,rich and rareness,and so on,in order to deeply understand the true meaning in theory and practice,explain function mechanism of moral capital,let moral capital＇s dual characters work well,and serve the developing social economy better.
