摘要
《道德经》五千言从未明言权力二字,却无处不存在权力的影子。在《道德经》所勾勒的生活世界中,效法自然,无处不在的"道"是权力的合法性依据,相辅相成的百姓与侯王是权力的交互主体,二者依循"道"的内质以"自然"、"无为"的方式运行权力,"小国寡民"是老子权力运行所要达到的理想境地。
Lao - tzu has never stated the item of power in Tao Te Ching but discussed power issues in the 5,000 - word statements. In the world he outlined, the natural and ubiquitous “Tao” endowing power with original legitimacy, and interaction between princes and civilian is complementary. Therefore,“a small country with few people” is the ideal situation where power runs in a quiet and inactive way followed “Tao” by natural.
