摘要
由于TS-1(钛硅分子筛)膜可以在极性溶剂中催化有H2O2参与的择型氧化反应,且具有疏水性,因此在膜分离、膜催化等方面引起人们广泛关注。介绍了TS-1膜的主要制备方法、表征手段及其制备过程中的影响因素,叙述了TS-1膜在渗透蒸发和催化方面的应用。针对当前研究现状,展望了TS-1膜在工业方面的发展前景。
Oxidation reactions can be going on in polar solvents, H2 02 as antioxidant, which is hydrophobic, throng the Ti-Si molecular sieve ( TS-1 ) membrane. Therefore, TS-1 membrane have attracted widespread attention in the membrane separation, membrane cataly- sis, etc. In this paper, we firstly describe several main means of the preparation and characterization, and the influence factors in the preparation process of the TS-1 film. Then simply introduce the application in pervaporation membranes and catalytic of the TS-1 film. The further prospects in this field are also discussed according to the current research situation.
