摘要
以2008年金融危机影响下河南省柘城县三樱椒销售价格严重下滑为研究背景,从农户风险处理措施、风险防范措施两个方面,探讨风险状态中的微观生产个体——农户的决策行为类型及特征。发现农户在处理当前危机时,多数农户表现被动;对未来风险防范方面,风险规避型农户与冒险型农户比例相当。从由农户自身给出的行为动因,从个性、共性两个方面进行的分析和归纳中,发现决策者的心理因素、信息获取渠道、家庭经济水平及三樱椒在家庭经济中的地位、非农收入水平及农业保护政策是影响农户风险决策行为的重要因素。基于此,针对农业风险承受主体及管理主体——农户及政府,提出了风险应对建议。
Under the background of the pepper price serious declined influenced by financial crisis erupted at 2008, in the respects both of the risk treatment and prevention measures of farmers, the paper probes into the decision behavior types and characteristics of farmers who are microcosmic producer at risk market environment, and founds that most farmers are passive in dealing with the current crisis, the number of farmers who are risk aversion is equal to the number of farmers who are adventuress. The paper analyses and concludes the factors that affected farmers risk activities according to the answers of farmers about their behavior motivation, and founds that psychological factors, access to information, family economic level of farmers and the important of pepper ,the level of non-farming income and agriculture protection policy are the important factors which infect farmers ’ risk decision and measures. Based on this, the paper put forward some suggestions for government about risk countermeasures.
