春风油田排601块浅层超稠油HDNS技术优化及决策系统开发 被引量:2

Optimization of HDNS and Development of Decision-making System for Shallow Ultra-heavy Oil in Block Pai 601 of Chunfeng Oilfield

摘要 针对准噶尔盆地西缘春风油田排601区块浅层超稠油油藏,"浅"、"稠"、"薄"、"低"的特点,采用HDNS(水平井+降黏药剂+氮气+注蒸汽)工艺开发。通过数值模拟和油藏工程方法优化了HDNS工艺的各项技术参数,通过近2 a的应用,取得了较为显著的经济效益,实践证明HDNS技术是开采浅层超稠油的有效手段。 In view of the characteristics of shallow,viscous,thin,low Block Pai 601 of Chunfeng Oilfiel west to Junggar Basin,HDNS,namely,horizontal wells,viscosity-reducing by dosing,nitrogen injection and stream injection,is adopted to develop the block.The paper optimizes all the parameters of the overall technology HDNS by using numerical simulation and reservoir engineering.The application in recent 2 years has achieved obvious economic benefit and proves that the HDNS technology is an effective method to produce shallow extra heavy oil.
