摘要
知识经济激发了图书馆教育职能和服务职能进一步地拓展和延伸。知识价值提高促进了图书馆地位的上升。知识创新是当代经济增长的关键因素 ,而图书馆知识信息的编码化、数字化和网络化直接关系到知识创新水平和速度的提高 ,是知识利用和知识创新科学化。
Knowledge economy has promoted the further development and extension of the educational and service functions of libraries.The value of knowledge has stimulated the rise of status of them.Knowledge creation is the key factor of economic development.The encoding,digition and network of library information directly influence the knowlgdge creation and increase of operating speed.They are also the objective premises of more scientific and efficient application and creation of knowledge.
