摘要
结合实践介绍了进行医院环境文化建设的策划、组织和实施过程,指出医学美术工作者在新的时代背景下,既要在医学教学、临床、科研和出版等方面继续发挥传统职能作用,同时又必须向力所能及的领域—医院环境文化建设拓展新职能,以适应时代新形势、谋求学科新发展,为医疗卫生事业做出新贡献。
By relating to our practice, the paper introduces the planning, organization and implementation of hospital environmental and cultural construction. Then it points out that in the new era medical art workers should not only continue to play their traditional role in medical teaching, clinical practice, research and publication, but also at the same time develop new functions in hospital environmental and cultural construction in order to adapt to the new situation of the times, seek new development of the discipline and make new contributions to the cause of health care.
