摘要
在介绍开放大学建设的依据及开放大学与广播电视大学关系的基础上,剖析了开放大学建设所面临的挑战,并提出了开放大学建设的策略,以期促进我国开放大学建设。
The paper first analyzes the basis of open university construction, the relationship of open university with radio and TV university, and challenges in the process of open university construction. Then it puts forward the strategy of open university construction so as to promote the construction of our country＇s open universities.
