摘要
大量调查研究表明:高校教师对教育技术能力学习需求非常大,但从市场营销学供需关系看,这些需求属于潜在需求。提高高校教师教育技术能力的策略是将潜在的培训需求转化为显性需求,并提供适销的培训或支持产品来满足显性需求。文章结合实践对其具体策略,包括支持和鼓励教师的非正式学习、增加教师的教学投入、重视理念传播规律、注意任务驱动法、综合培训措施及典型引领作用等问题进行了介绍。
A lot of research shows that teachers in higher educational institutions have great demands for acquiring educational technology competence. However, from the perspective of marketing supply-demand relationship, they are potential needs. The strategy for improving educational technology competence of teachers in higher educational institutions is to translate the potential training needs into explicit needs and provide marketable training or supporting products to meet the explicit needs. The paper discusses specific strategies such as supporting and encouraging teachers" informal learning, increasing teachers" teaching investment, emphasizing the laws of concept transmission, and paying attention to the task-driven method, comprehensive training measures and the role of the model guidance.
