摘要
邓小平经济非均衡发展理论是毛泽东经济不平衡发展思想的继承和发展 ;是我国经济与国际经济非均衡发展理论与实践经验的总结和概括。非均衡发展理论在全局观念、实践品格、辩证思维、创新精神、时机意识等方面具有鲜明的时代特征 ,对加速我国经济发展具有重大现实意义。
DENG Xiaoping's economic thoery of uneven development carried on and developed Mao Tse-tung's economic idea of unbalancing development. It summarized and generalized the thoery and practice of uneven development of national and international economy. It had distinctive epoch characteristics in such aspects as concept of overall situation, practice character, dialectical thinking, creative spirit and opportunity consciousness. It is of great realistic significance in speeding up the development of our national economy.
