摘要 通过单因素和正交试验设计的多因素表面层沥青混合料压实厚度对空隙率的影响分析,结果表明:表面层不同级配类型对可压实性的影响最为显著,AC13F最容易压实,SMA13最难压实,AC13C介于二者之间;结合室内试验和现场铺筑试验对比分析,提出了基于空隙率控制范围的AC13C和AC13F适宜压实厚度,以及厚度与公称最大粒径之比的控制范围,明确了最小压实厚度和最佳压实厚度的定义.据此给出了选择表面层级配类型与同一级配类型的不同粗、细沥青混合料可压实的技术建议. Based on single factor and multi-factor of orthogonal test design, surface layer compaction thickness of asphalt mixture is affected by porosity. Analysis result shows that: different gradation of the surface layer influence is the most significant influencing factor, AC-13F most likely pressure fact, SMA-13 the most difficult compaction, AC-13C in between; by combing laboratory and field tests comparedpaving test ,controlled porosity scope is proposed based on the AC-13C and AC-13F appro- priate compacted thickness, the ratio of thickness and the maximum size , and the definition of the minimum compacted thickness and the best compaction thickness is given. Accordingly the technical requirement is given about compaction of the grading type of selected and coarse and fine asphalt mix- ture type of the surface level.
