摘要
园林企业对于专业人才的需求与要求都日益提高。高职院校园林专业人才培养模式关系着毕业生能否顺利就业,适应岗位并实现升迁。为了更好地实现对口就业,以台州科技职业学院园林工程技术专业为例,考虑社会就业需求,对现有的人才培养模式进行分析与总结,探析高职园林工程技术专业建立高技能创新型人才模式的方法。
A rapid increase has been seen in the landscape designing industry' s demands and requirements for high-skilled specialists. The training modes in higher vocational education institutions impact on the employa- bility of graduates, influence their adaptability in working environment, and even have effects in gauging or re- ducing their chances for promotion in future. Taking a case study of the landscape architecture course in Taizhou Vocational College of Science and Technology as an example,and taking the society demands into ac- count, the existing specialist-training modes were analyzed and summarized, and methods to establish specialist- training modes by higher vocational education of landscape architecture were discussed.
