烤烟育苗替代基质的选择及其育苗技术 被引量:6

Selection of Substitutive Substrate for Nursery of Tobacco Seedlings and Related Seedling Nursery Technologies

摘要 采用云南易门县绿汁镇江边的河沙、火土与现行烤烟育苗基质进行对比,研究了不同基质对烟草出苗、农艺性状和经济效益的影响。结果表明:河沙基质育苗的出苗率、成苗率与现行基质育苗差异均达极显著水平,出苗时间和成苗时间均达显著水平;火土基质育苗出苗率与现行基质育苗差异均达极显著水平,但河沙基质与现行基质育出的烟苗农艺性状均无明显差异。河沙和火土育苗成本远远低于现行基质;河沙基质育苗单位面积的产量和产值比现行基质育苗和火土育苗略高,与现行基质及火土育苗之间均无明显差异。 Using river sand from Lvzhi River of Yimen county, Yunnan province and ash soil to compare with current used nursery substrates in order to study the influences of different substrates on situation of seedling emergence, agricultural characters and economic benefits of tobacco. The results showed that the differences in emergence rate and the seedling rate between fiver sand and current used substrates reached extremely significant level, and the differences in emergence time and seedling time reached significant level; the differences in each character between ash soil and current used substrates all reached extremely significant level except emergence rate; the agricultural characters with three nursery method had no obvious difference. However, the nursery cost of sand fiver and ash soil is far lower than that of current used suhstrates; yield and output value per unit area of seedlings planted with fiver sand are a little bit higher than those of seedlings planted with current used substrates and ash soil, which had no obvious differences between each other.
