音视频产品3C强制性认证依据标准GB8898-2011《音频、视频及类似电子设备安全要求》已于2011年12月30日发布,并将于2012年11月1日起实施,其中标准的第13章"电气间隙和爬电距离"与旧版相比,有显著变化,颠覆性地修改了电气间隙、爬电距离的限值和判定(依据按工作电压),并按海拔5 000m的要求,需乘以倍增系数1.48,该文内容旨在协助设计开发人员快速掌握GB8898-2011版本电气间隙和爬电距离测试、计算方法并怎样利用EXCEL自动计算,提高工作效率。
