摘要
目的招收飞行学员2年间外科、皮肤科疾病淘汰情况分析。方法由同一组外科、皮肤科医师按同一标准进行全身检查。结果 2011年体检应征学生1 501名,淘汰57名(3.80%),检出疾病14种(24.56%);2010年体检应征学生1 355名,淘汰49名(3.62%),检出疾病21种(42.86%)。2011年淘汰率与2010年相近(P>0.05);总病种与2010年相比显著减少(P<0.05)。结论空军医学专家同各军区空军同行专家基本达成共识,但需要加强沟通,定期培训。
Objective To analyze the flight cadets eliminated due to surgical and skin diseases during their recruitment in the past two years. Methods Systematic physical examination of flight cadets was performed during theft recruitment by the same group of surgeons and dermatologists according to the same criteria. Results Of the 1 501 students who underwent physical examination in 2011 for recruitment of flight cadets, 57 （3,80%） were eliminated due to 14 kinds of disease （24.56%）. Of the 1355 students who underwent physical examination in 2010 for recruitment of flight cadets, 49 （3.62%） were eliminated due to 21 kinds of disease （42.86%）. The elimination rate in 2011 and 2010 was similar （P〉0.05）. The kinds of disease for the elimination was significantly less in 2011 than in 2010 （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The medical experts of aft force can reach a consensus on the recruitment of flight cadets with those in different military command areas. However, they need to strengthen communications and regular training.
