摘要
心脏再同步化治疗是近年在慢性心力衰竭治疗领域的重要进展,但仍有部分晚期和顽固性心力衰竭患者不能从中获益(即无应答或应答不良)。研究表明,间期优化可以提高部分心力衰竭患者对心脏再同步化治疗的应答率。现就心脏再同步化治疗的优化进展做一综述。
Cardiac resynchronization therapy is a crucial development in the treatment of congestive heart failure, however, a variable proportion of terminal and refractory patients fail to benefit from this treatment 〈termed ＂ non-responders＂ ）. Recently, a series of clinical studies discovered that the optimization of cardiac resynchronization therapy improves patient response. This article reviews optimization ad- vancement of cardiac resynchronization therapy.
