摘要
目的:设计一种输液监测与控制系统。方法:采用单片机为控制芯片,通过红外发射与接收电路、图像传感器采集电路对输液的速率和体积进行监测,采用电动机控制装置对输液的流速进行精确的调控。主电路还包括按键输入电路、液晶显示电路、报警电路等,可以输入所需的流速并对输液余量进行监测。结果:经过实践测试,该输液检测与控制系统能够准确地监测和控制输液泵的输液。结论:该系统操作简单、精度高、可靠性强,值得推广。
Objective To design a infusion monitoring and control system. Methods Through the infrared transmitter and receiver circuit and image sensor acquisition circuit, the infusion speed and volume were monitored by the singlechip, thus the flow rate of infusion was controlled accurately. Main circuits also included key input circuit, LCD circuits, alarm circuits and so on, and thus the desired flow rate and monitor surplus could be input. Results After practical testing, the infusion monitor and control system could accurately monitor and control the infusion pump. Conclusion The system, with easy operation, high accuracy and reliability, is worth popularization.
