负压封闭引流技术治疗心脏术后伤口不愈合的护理体会 被引量：4

摘要 目的探索负压封闭引流技术治疗心脏术后切口不愈合的护理要点。方法采用简单随机法选取2010年10月至2011年10月广东省人民医院19例应用负压封闭引流技术治疗心脏术后切口不愈合的患者进行护理观察。结果16例患者切口部愈合迅速,良好,无并发症出现。结论持续恒定的负压吸引、密切的护理观察和引流管的管理,是应用负压封闭引流技术治疗心脏术后切口不愈合护理的关键。
