摘要 阿扎胞苷是一种新型表观遗传学抗肿瘤药,是目前唯一被临床证明可延长高风险骨髓增生异常综合征患者总生存期的抗肿瘤药。 Azacitidine is a new epigenetic antineoplastic agent and is the only agent which has been clinically demonstrated to be able to extent a significant overall survival for the patients with higher-risk myelodysplastic syndromes and has also been approved by both the US FDA and the European Commission.
