摘要 高分级胶质瘤是一种难治性中枢神经系统恶性肿瘤,手术、术后替莫唑胺联合放疗以及替莫唑胺辅助化疗是高分级胶质瘤的标准治疗方案。尽管如此,高分级胶质瘤患者的预后仍很差。本文介绍近年来高分级胶质瘤综合治疗、特别是化疗治疗的进展。 High-grade gliomas is a central nervous system malignancy which is most difficult to treat. Surgery, temozolomide combined with radiotherapy postoperatively and adjuvant chemotherapy with temozolomide have been established as the standard treatment options for high-grade glioma. Nevertheless, the prognosis for the patients with high-grade gliomas remains poor. This paper introduces the comprehensive treatment for the high-grade glioma in recent years, especially chemotherapy progress.
