摘要
当前,我国经济社会发展的十二五规划中再次强调要建立和谐社会与服务型政府,这为内蒙古财经大学公共管理学科的发展规划提出了要求也提供了机遇。本文以IFE、EFE两种环境分析矩阵为基本研究方法,对内蒙古财经大学公共管理学科的内外部环境进行分析,明确内蒙古财经大学公共管理学科发展的机遇与挑战,以期为公共管理学科发展目标的确立以及政策的制定提供一定的理论依据。
At present,＂ the twelfth five -year plan＂ emphasizes on establishing harmonious society and service - type government, which provides requirement and opportunity for the development program of public administration discipline of IMUFE. Using IFE and EFE environmcntal analysis matrix as basic research methods, this paper analyzes the intemal and external environment of public administration discipline of IMUFE, makes clcar the develo- ping opportunity and challenge in expectation to provide certain theoretical basis for the establishment of develop- ment objectives and policy -making.
