摘要
针对传统的电动机降压启动方式存在启动电流和机械冲击较大的问题,提出了一种基于DSP控制的电动机软启动器设计方案,介绍了该启动器的基本结构、主要电路及功能实现。该启动器不仅能实现电动机在整个启动过程中无极平滑地启动,同时还可以根据不同的负载特性调节启动过程中的参数,以达到最佳的动态效果。
For problems of bigger starting current and mechanical impact existed in traditional reduced-voltage start method of motor,a design scheme of soft starter of motor based on DSP control was proposed,basic structure,main circuit and function realization of the starter were introduced.The starter can not only realize electrodeless and smooth start in start-up process of motor,but also regulate parameters in starting process according to different load characteristics,so as to achieve the best dynamic effect.
