麦洼牦牛和德昌水牛血清酯酶同工酶研究

摘要 作者用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法分离麦洼牦牛和德昌水牛血清酯酶(ES)同工酶。电泳结果表明,麦洼牦牛的酯酶(ES)同工酶谱能分离为4、5、6和7带等四种类型,其中以4带和5带居多,其比例分别为36.8%和42.1%。德昌水牛血清酯酶(ES)同工酶谱有五种类型即5、6、7、8和9带等酶谱。其中以6带的为最多,占68.3%,其他类型都较少。通过对各酯酶(ES)同工酶电泳迁移率的分析表明,麦洼牦牛的酯酶(ES)同工酶各类型酶谱的迁移半(x±S)分别为:0.88±0.07,0.53±0.16,0.20±0.1 5,0.01±0.00;0.86±0.07,0.56±0.13,0.34±0.12,0.13±0.07,0.01±0.00;0.85±0.06,0.71±0.12,0.44±0.05,0.27±0.07,0.10±0.05,0.01±0.00;0.95±0.08,0.81±0.21,0.52±0.10,0.37±0.09,0.29±0.05,0.16±0.05,0.01±0.00。德昌水牛的分别为:0.95±0.05,0.79±0.08,0.51±0.15,0.20±0.03,0.12±0.07;0.96±0.04,0.80±0.06,0.62±0.07,0.3 7±0.16,0.20±0.04,0.12±0.02,0.95±0.04,0.82±0.15,0.60±0.05;0.53±0.14,0.25±0.09,0.17±0.13,0.11±0.02;0.94±0.07,0.71±0.09,0.41±0.16,0.31±0.13,0.20±0.14,0.11±0.01;0.98±0.00,0.82±0.00,0.21±0.00,0.19±0.00,0.13±0.00。上述表明,Es同工酶不仅存在种属的差异,而且有明显的个体差异。 This article reports the dissociation of the esterase isoenzyme in Maiwa Yak and Dechang Buffalo by meoms of electrophoresis gel chromatography of polypelene acyl amine. The result of the electrophoresis showed that the esterase isoenzyme chromatogram of Maiwa Yak could be dissociated into 4 groups, i.e. 4-, 5-, 6-and 7-zone groups, in which, 4-and 5-zone groups were predominant, with the proprotion of 36.8% and 42.1% respectively, and the esterase isoeczyme chromatogram of Dechang Buffalo could be dissociated into 5 groups, i.e. 5, 6-, 7-, 8-and9-zone groups, in which, 6-zone was predominant, with lower proportions. Through the eiectrophroresis, the following statistics for each esterase isgoenzyme electrophretogram (x±s) were obtained: Maiwa Yak 0.88±0.07, 0.53±0.16, 0.20±0.15,0.01±0.00;0.86±0.07,0.56±0.13,0.34±0.12,0.13±0.07, 0.01±0.00;0.85±0.06,0.71±0.12,0.44±0.05, 0.27±0.07, 0.10±0.05, 0.01±0.00; 0.95±0.08, 0.81±0.21, 0.52±0.10, 0.37±0.09, 0.29±0.05,0.16±0.05, 0.01±0.00.Dechong Buffalo 0.95±0.05, 0.79±0.08,0.51±0.15, 0.20±0.03, 0.12±0.07,0.95±0.04, 0.80±0.06, 0.62±0.07,0.37±0.16, 0.20±0.04,0.12±0.02, 0.95±0.04,0.82±0.15,0.60±9.05,0.53±0.14,0.25±0.09, 0.17±0.13,0.11±0.02; 0.94±0.07, 0.71±0.09, 0.41±0.16, 0.31±0.13, 0.20±0.14,0.11±0.01;0.98±0.00,0.82±0.00, 0.21±0.00, 0.19±0.00, 0.13±0.00. All this indicates that not only between Species, but olso between inclividuals the esterase isoenzyme greatly differs from each other.
