摘要
本文分析了影响激光功率稳定性的因素 ,研究了利用电光调制器和光反馈方法稳定激光束功率的原理 ,提出了一种新型的非线性反馈控制方法。该方法具有稳定速度快、稳定性高、激光功率损失小等优点 ,实验测得 1小时激光功率的稳定性达到 6× 10 - 5。经这种方法稳定后的激光束可作为与低温绝对辐射计联用的高精度光源。
In this paper, the factors affecting the stability of laser power and the principles for stabilizing laser power beam with the electro-optical modulator and optical feedback method are analyzed and a new nonlinear method to stabilize laser power is developed. The method has the advantages of high response speed, high stability and low laser power loss etc. The laser power stability has been reached to 6×10 -5 per hour in experiment. The laser beam stabilized by this method can act as a high precision radiant source used with CAR.
