摘要
为了进行低温热电偶的标定 ,利用DWT 70 2精密温度自动控制仪设计了补偿式低温恒温器 ,根据使用过程中出现的故障以及排除故障的体会 ,提出了精密温控仪在低温技术应用中应该注意的问题。
To demarcate the cryogenic thermoelectric couple,the cryostat is developed with the high precise temperature control instrument,DWT 702.According to the breakdown in operating processes and the experience to solve it,Some problems about application of high precise temperature control instrument in cryogenic technology are introduced.
