摘要
煤炭流通企业存在信息流、商流、物流、资金流等路径和需求方面的高度不对称,以及煤炭交易市场动态变化的不对称,再加上煤炭流通企业本身就具有网点布局分散、结构不合理、业务链条冗长、信息平台建设缺失的特点,因此煤炭流通企业成为了煤炭价值链中极易出问题的一个环节。通过构建、整合、重组基于高度数字化的煤炭流通企业信息平台综合解决方案,来实现这类企业一体化供应链环节中的精确调度和监控,优化这类企业的业务流程,促使煤炭流通企业更好地整合信息流、商流、物流、资金流,最终达到理顺煤炭价值链的目的。
There are high asymmetry in paths and needs of information flow, trade flow, lo- gistics, capital flow of the coal circulation enterprise, and dynamic changes in coal trading mar- ket; in addition, the coal circulation enterprise itself has the characteristics of scattered network layout, unreasonable structure, too-long business chain, lacking in information platform con- struction, all of which make the coal circulation enterprise become the fragile link in the coal val- ue chain. In this paper, the integrated solution based on high digitization to information platform of coal circulation enterprise is constructed, integrated and reorganized, to achieve the precise scheduling and monitoring in the integrated supply chain of this kind of enterprises, to optimize the business process of them, and to make them better integrate the information flow, trade flow, logistics and capital flow, so as to straighten out the coal value chain.
