摘要
探讨了PET/PA6中空桔瓣型纺粘复合长丝的裂离机理,研究了PET及PA6结晶度与其表面张力的关系。为研究PET/PA6桔瓣型双组分纺粘-水刺非织造布成形过程中复合纺丝冷却牵伸工艺条件下纤维的结晶度对复合纤维界面张力的影响,对不同成形条件下PET、PA6薄膜的表面张力变化进行讨论,分别用去离子水和二碘甲烷测定了与不同结晶度的PET、PA6薄膜的接触角,计算其表面张力。结果表明,随着PET、PA6结晶度的增加,其表面张力相应增大,两相体系的界面张力也呈增大趋势。
The splitting mechanism of PET/PA6 hollow orange-profile spunbonded composite filaments was discussed, and the relation between the crystallinity and the surface tension was also studied. In order to study the influence of PET/PA6 hollow orange-profile filaments crystallinity by cooling drafting process on the surface tension, PET and PA6 films of different molding conditions were made to investigate their surface tension. The deionized water and diiodomethane was used to measure the contact angle with PET and PA6 films of different crystallinity, after calculating their surface tension, we concluded that with the increase of PET/PA6 crystallinity, their surface tension and interracial tension also increased.
