2006~2010年河北省沧县土源性线虫感染状况监测结果分析

Analysis on the monitoring results of soil-transmitted nematode infections in Cang County, Hebei Province from 2006 to 2010

摘要 目的调查河北省沧县监测点土源性线虫感染率,为全国土源性线虫病监测提供数据。方法2006--2010年,每年10月下旬采集沧县监测点3周岁以上的常住居民粪便标本(不少于1000份),采用改良加藤厚涂片法检测钩虫、蛔虫、鞭虫及蛲虫卵;3—12周岁儿童加做透明胶纸肛拭法检测蛲虫卵;分别计算感染率和感染度。采集菜园、厕所周边、庭院和厨房等4类地点土样,进行土壤中人蛔虫卯污染情况监测。结果2006--2010年分别检测粪便标本1012、1071、1138、1152和1053份,蛔虫卵阳性标本数分别为4、3、0、1和0份,感染度均为轻度,未检出其它虫种。蛔虫感染仅见于30~40岁年龄组,其他年龄组虫卵感染率为0;3—12岁儿童蛲虫检测597例,2006--2010年感染率依次为5.98%、0.94%、2.65%、0和0。女性蛲虫感染率高于男性,小学生与学龄前儿童间感染率差异无统计学意义;土壤中未检出虫卵。结论沧县监测点5年土源性线虫感染率平稳,仍属于《全国土源性线虫病监测方案》界定的土源性线虫感染率低于5%的地区。 Objective To investigate the infection rates of soil-transmitted nematodes at the monitoring points in Cang County and provide data for the nationwide monitoring. Methods Fecal specimen of residents over 3 years old were collected (more than 1000 persons)in October from 2006 to 2010. Kato-katz technique was used detecting Ascaris, hookworm, Trichuris and Enterobius eggs. The infection rates and infection intensity were caculated respectively. Plastic adhesive tapes were used detecting Enterobius eggs for children who were 3 to 12 years old. The soil contamination due to worm egges was detected at kitchenyard, toilet around and vegetable garden. Results 1 012,1 071,1 138,1 152 and 1 053 fecal samples were detected respectively from 2006 to 2010. 4,3,0, land 0 samples were confirmed as with Ascaris eggs from 2006 to 2010. The infection intensity was all light. No other worm eggs were found from collected samples. All persons infected by worms were 30 to 40 years old. 597 of children aged from 3 to 12 accepted the examination for Enterobius eggs with plastic adhesive tape. The positive rates of Enterobias eggs were 5.98% ,0.94% ,2.65% ,0 and 0 respectively. There were no difference between pupils and preschool children, nevertheless it appeared obvious variation on gender. No worm egges were detected in soil. Conclusion The infecton rates were on a stable level in Cang County from 2006 to 2010 and the infection rates were far lower than 5%.
