手术治疗腰椎后路内固定术后迟发感染分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨腰椎后路内固定术后迟发感染的手术治疗方法及效果。方法回顾性分析8例腰椎后路内固定术后迟发感染患者清创术的方法及临床疗效(包括感染复发情况、对腰椎融合效果的影响等)。结果所有手术患者伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,平均随访时间16个月,无患者发生神经损伤、感染复发或影响腰椎融合效果。结论术后迟发感染是腰椎内固定术的一种严重并发症,术前应科学评估感染危险因素,彻底落实感染预防措施,一旦感染明确诊断后,早期积极行外科清创术可取得较好的临床治疗效果。
