鲑鱼降钙素对血液透析肾性骨病的治疗作用观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察鲑鱼降钙素皮下注射对血液透析患者肾性骨病的疗效。方法选择维持性血液透析患者28例,予皮下注射鲑鱼降钙素注射液,开始时每天1次,每次50 U,2周以后,每周3次,每次用量为50 U。均为透析后使用,3个月为1疗程,同时低嘌呤饮食,停服止痛剂。结果鲑鱼降钙素能有效降低血钙、血磷、甲状旁腺激素(PTH),与治疗前比较有显著差异。治疗后患者骨痛、肌无力、皮肤瘙痒消失。结论鲑鱼降钙素治疗肾性骨病疗效显著,使用方便,值得推广应用。
