摘要
采用田间试验方法,运用气相色谱检测嘧菌酯在黄瓜和土壤中的残留与降解规律。结果表明,嘧菌酯的最小检出量为5.0×10-11g,黄瓜和土壤中最低检测浓度均为0.01 mg/kg,黄瓜和土壤中嘧菌酯添加浓度分别为0.01~1 mg/kg,平均回收率黄瓜中为88.34%~94.81%,变异系数为8.41%~13.59%,土壤中为85.01%~94.02%,变异系数为4.00%~8.20%;该方法的准确度和精确度满足农药残留测定的要求。消解动态实验表明,嘧菌酯在黄瓜和土壤中降解半衰期分别为2.8 d和4.9 d。
Determination and degradation of azoxystrobin residue in the cucumber and soil were conducted using field test methods and gas chromatography. The results indicated that the detection limit for azoxys- trobin was 5.0 ×10^-11 g. The minimum detectable concentration of the method was 0.01 mg/kg in cu- cumber and soil; add a concentration of azoxystrobin in cucumber and soil to 0. 01- 1 mg/kg, the recovery of azoxystrobin were 88.34% - 94.81% for the cucumber and 85.01% - 94.02% for soil with coefficients of variation of 8.41% ~ 13.59% ,4.00% - 8.20% respectively. This methodfor the accurary and precision to satisfied the requirements of pesticide residue determination. Degradation test indicated that the half-life degradation of azoxystrobin was 2.8 d and 4.9 d in cucumber and soil respectively.
