摘要
目的探讨氧化应激相关指标丙二醛(MDA)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、Ca2+及对氧磷酶-1(PON-1)活性与血管性痴呆(VD)的关系。方法选取2010—2011年在我院神经内科确诊为VD的住院患者41例(VD组)及我院体检中心体检健康的老年志愿者30例(对照组)。对两组进行简易精神状态检查评分(MMSE)和血清MDA、Hcy、Ca2+浓度及PON-1活性检测,并对检测结果进行比较分析。结果 VD组血清MDA和Hcy浓度及PON-1活性与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VD组血清PON-1活性与MMSE呈正相关(r=0.25,P=0.03),血清Hcy浓度与MMSE呈负相关(r=-0.57,P=0.000),PON-1活性与Hcy浓度亦呈负相关(r=-0.32,P=0.02),MDA浓度与MMSE无相关性(r=0.68,P=0.48)。结论血清MDA、Hcy浓度及PON-1活性的变化可协助诊断VD,且Hcy及PON-1尚可提示病情的进展程度。
Objective To explore the relationship between oxidative stress marks of malondialdehyde(MDA),paraoxonase-1(PON-1),homocysteine(Hcy),Ca2+and vascular dementia(VD).Methods 41 VD patients(VD group) admitted to the neurology department in our hospital from 2010 to 2011 and 30 healthy volunteers(control group) underwent physical examinations were involved into the study.Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE) scores were graded and the levels of MDA,Hcy,Ca2+ and PON-1 activity were detected and compared between the two groups.Results The levels of MDA,Hcy and PON-1 activity between VD group and control group showed statistically significant differences(P0.05).In the VD group,PON-1 was positively correlated with MMSE(r=0.25,P=0.03),Hcy was negatively correlated with MMSE(r=-0.57,P=0.000),PON-1 activity was negatively correlated with Hcy(r=-0.32,P=0.02),and MDA showed no correlation with MMSE(r=0.68,P=0.48).Conclusion The determination of MDA,Hcy and PON-1 activity can help diagnose VD,Hcy and PON-1 can serve as indicators of disease progress.
