摘要
循证医学(EBM)作为新的现代医学模式具有很多优势,其正确运用需要正确的循证思维作基础。近年来,各类肾脏疾病的临床研究和治疗指南不断涌现。对于肾病医师来说,正确理解循证医学、运用循证思维进行科学的循证非常重要。在对肾病患者进行诊治时,临床肾病医师需将循证指南个体化应用,与患者共同决策,制定出适合患者的正确诊疗方案,同时促进循证医学不断发展。
As a new modern medical model,evidence-based medicine（EBM） is of many advantages,and clinical application of EBM calls for evidence-base thinking.Over the past few years,many clinical studies and guidelines of various types of kidney diseases have been published and it is important for nephrologists to understand EMB correctly and put it into practice.When facing specific patients,nephrologists should individualize evidence-based guidelines and make joint decision for the treatment of the patients,thus promoting the development of EBM.
