分析了变频电机轴电流产生的原因、轴电流对电机轴承产生的影响。介绍了防范措施:如抑制电源谐波,电机负荷侧轴承接地,非负荷侧轴承绝缘。
The forming reasons of variable-frequency motor shaft current,the effects of shaft current on motor bearing were analysed.The preventive measures such as inhibition the power harmonic,motor load side bearing grounding,unload side bearing insulation were introduced.
